Managing a team of dedicated consultants, you will be expected to lead by example in a "Bestfit" recruitment service. You will be responsible for providing quality, value-added solutions to meet client needs, as well as a strong focus on 'candidate care' and account management.

You will be rewarded for meeting KPI's and exceeding financial targets, but most importantly, you will be responsible for building a profitable client base, optimising candidate utilisation and teaching your team to be the best.
