In-House Recruitment Advisor
Mining or Heavy Industry experience
Professional junior to senior roles (white collar)
Hands on delivery focussed role
High profile and well established Mining organisation have an opportunity available for an in-house recruitment specialist who has a background within mining or heavy industry.
The role will recruit across a number of sites within QLD and for a wide variety of roles which are pre-dominantly white collar professional positions (junior to senior end). As a recruitment specialist, you operate as an end to end recruiter and must be expert in the area of sourcing and attraction in addition to providing support and advice to line managers on the best sourcing methods. The key to success within this position will be your understanding of the various roles relating to the mining industry and an ability to work to deadline and timeframe relating to delivery.
The ideal candidate MUST have experience working in an internal/in-house recruitment role within mining or heavy industry.
Depending on your current work situation, our client will consider contract or a longer term appointment. Salary is circa $70,000.
