Based in Brisbane with this leading Health organisation the purpose of this role as a senior member of the HR Team is to support senior managers in the strategic development & implementation of initiatives & programs that are designed to align the staff with this organisations strategic plan, vision & organisational values.
The responsibilities & attributes sought are inclusive of but not limited to the following;

The design & implementation of strategic initiatives with a focus on the attraction, recruitment & retention of professional health workers both an a local & international basis.

Partner with the HR Managers of the Groups business units in the delivery of HRM advice, consultancy & support.

Coordinate the Groups approach to EB coupled with development of the employer position in consultation of internal reference committees taking responsibility for outsourced specialist IR advice & services.

The ability to work very closely with the Groups Finance division to ensure that managers have access to reliable & timely HR performance measures.

Manage & guide the payroll function for the Group.

A proven history of overseeing senior management contracts inclusive of annual salary reviews & remuneration / salary packaging polices for all staff.

A strong ability to think analytically with an excellent understanding numerics & finance.

Tertiary qualifications in HRM or similar are needed combined with experience working within a multi faceted discipline.
Please note that some travel to the Groups regional facilities is an integral part of this role.
This role is initially a six month contract with the view to permanency.
