    • Our client is a market leading upscale international hotel located in Brisbane, an excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Director of Business Development.

    Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the sales and marketing activity for the hotel by setting clear objectives for the Business Development team and by maintaining effective working relationships with all members of the Executive Committee. Reporting directly to the General Manager you will monitor closely the performance of agreed targets of key accounts, and actively participate in the generation and management of all existing business. You will be responsible for implementing the business plan and controlling sales targets in line with the department budget.

    Strategic planning, strong networking skills and financial reporting are major components of this role. The ideal candidate will have held a Director of Sales & Marketing role with a leading international hotel group preferably within the Asia/Pacific region. Competitive salary and benefits.
