Reporting directly to the General Manager, the role is responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function within the operation. You will have proven experience in a Human Resources Manager capacity ideally within the hotel and resort sector. This is an HR generalist role and you will be responsible for recruitment & selection and the development & implementation of retention and recognition strategies. You will have strong knowledge of industrial relations, workers compensation and occupational health and safety legislation. You will be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
