An understanding of what site & service customers value, now and into the future with the ability to use this to influence proactive site & service products and services development.

You are able to analyse site & service performance through the use of data, information and knowledge to identify variability and formulate ideas on improvements in decision-making.

Aged Care experience preferred but not mandatory.
