This exciting opportunity to facilitate organisational objectives that reflect health reform and effect a health performance agenda of 'closing the gap' between indigenous and non indigenous health with initiatives such as Healthy for Life, Australian Nurse Family Partnership, Maternal, Infant and Child Health and Chronic Disease could be yours.
Emphasis within this role will be to provide support and service delivery to the Australian Nurse Family Partnership team and women's and children's programs.
