Regional Sales Manager –Financial Planning
Our client currently has an excellent opportunity within their Brisbane office for a Regional Sales Manager to generate increased levels of revenue from the existing Advisor network and assisting to grow our advisor network through the recruitment of new advisors whilst maintaining costs and the operational integrity of the network.
Major responsibilities include:
Assist with the recruitment and / or acquisition of new advisors.
Inducting new advisors into our client’s network.
Working within advisory practices to increase new business and ongoing revenues.
Identify opportunities to increase gross revenues via referral opportunities from the existing client network.
Manage Franchisees in line with annual an annual Business Plan and Franchise Licence Agreement.
Monitor franchisees to ensure compliance with regulatory and EFP licensee standards.
The position requires:
Under graduate degree in a business discipline
·Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning
·Managing small businesses preferably in a franchise network environment
·Strong communication skills both verbal and written
·Ability to work under own initiative
·Relationship building abilities
·Effective negotiator
