OPERATIONS MANAGER
Circa $100k Pkg + Incentives

This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented, commercially-astute & results-driven person with a hands-on, lead by example attitude to control & direct our company operations.

Your Role… To take control of all operational aspects - you would drive a tight ship! In this position you would answer to the CEO.
Main Responsibilities...
- Establish and maintain accountable operational systems across all facets of our business to meet sales objectives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, service and cost effective management of resources with control over inventory and logistics, warehouse operations, customer service, and parts and warranty departments
- Lead and coordinate the financial, administrative, logistics, business planning and budgeting efforts
- You will head our operations consisting of 20 office staff (including 6 in accounts), where a ‘hands on’ attitude and a very strong follow up system is essential
- Your broad experience will be invaluable in your management of debtors and our purchase order system, service standards (including delivery response time and customer complaints), product development and staff performance (through KPI’s)

You are ‘high energy’ yet an analytical and a strategic thinker with practical knowledge to interpret financial statements (including MYOB Reports) and execute budgeting and cost control principles. You have at least 5 years management experience in a retail or wholesale environment. You are degree qualified in Commerce, Accounting or Business and may even have some experience in General Management.
As an all-rounder you have some technical ability that will benefit problem-solving and your contribution to product development.
