Our client is a well established, precious metal producer that owns and operates a portfolio of underground and surface mines within Australia and abroad.  As a result of foresight and responsible management, the company maintains a healthy balance sheet and is well placed to fund their planed expansion and capital expenditure programme.  At present, the company is seeking to appoint a Principal Project Engineer to effectively lead a variety engineering projects.  It is expected that your resume with demonstrate significant client side experience.
 
Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Development, you are expected to be experienced in the delivery of large scale projects from feasibility through to commission, possess well developed oral an written communication skills,  client relationship management, drive and monitor subcontractor performance and make sound commercial decisions.  It is assumed that you will be degree qualified, possess a background in project delivery, ideally in the mineral processing experience, and have the skills to guide and mentor a multi discipline project team.  Furthermore, your time management skills are second to none and your ability to review projects is excellent.
