Excellent opportunity to join a reputable mid tier civil and mining construction company in Brisbane.  This is a rare position for an Operations Manager to be involved in a growing, established business, with a long term history in Queensland.

The Client:

A national company with several interstate offices they are a strong mid tier with a large workbook of contracts in place across civil and mining infrastructure.  They are well positioned in the central/northern Queensland market with a long term history of delivering projects in roads, bridges, dams, mine infrastructure, energy work, earthworks and concrete packages.

Job Details:
• Reporting into the General Manager responsible for the operations of multi discipline projects across the Brisbane and Queensland market
• Assisting with growing the business in major projects $20M+
• Resourcing and developing a talented pool of civil engineers
• Improving construction methodologies
• Travel to remote projects and branch offices

Minimum requirements:
• Civil Engineering Degree
• 7/8 years experience of broad civil projects ideally working for a Top Tier or Mid Tier contractor in Brisbane
