Contract Project Engineer

Downturn or not, population expansion continues to increase and infrastructure is booming. A respected government client with a rapidly growing capex program is implementing a signfificant road works project.

Located in QLD you will be responsible for leading a multi disciplinary team of construction and investigations staff in addition to managing the crucial supply contracts that affect your projects.

We are seeking a Project Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of local experience working on civil roads projects.

You will need to have:

• A Bachelor of Civil Engineering ????? ????? qualification
  
• Knowledge of Road Design principals Urban and Rural to Austroads, ARRB, DMR standards
  
• The ability to prepare and manage contractual claims
  
• Ability to plan and schedule works
  
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills in database management
  
• Possess knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office, Auto Cad and 12D (Highly desirable)
