Maintenance Manager - Food Industry

Take control of maintenance, engineering and projects
Our client is long established, nationally recognised food manufacturer. Employing hundreds of staff nationally, their Gold Coast plant has a professional team of site service and maintenance personnel. An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Manager to take control of the team and all site maintenance, engineering ????? ????? based activities.
This role will require you to manage a team of mechanical and electrical professionals on a daily basis. You will be responsible for working with production management in setting and delivering ????? ????? maintenance schedules along with leading reliability improvement projects in your area.
To be successful you will have:
- Trade or Engineering ????? ?????
- Experience working within a CMMS environment
- Developed leadership qualities to effectively lead a skilled work team
- Ability to follow through with fault finding and root cause analysis
- Commitment to workplace health and safety by working in a safe manner at all times
- Experience within food processing or pharmaceutical environments will be highly regarded
