Do you have world class drilling engineering experience? Are you seeking a long term opportunity within the exciting Queensland CSG/CBM industry?
We are currently partnered with a high performing, rapidly expanding, mid tier coal seam gas producer. Possessing an enviable suite of assets across Queensland they continue to grow and develop their organisation and staffing contingent sensibly, in light of recent rapid industry movements. With the drilling of numerous assets approaching and in light of existing operations, they are once again seeking high calibre experienced professionals to join them in their successes.
In light of this expansion a vacancy has become available for an experienced Drilling Engineer to join their Queensland operation. The role will see you based in their Brisbane offices with periodic trips to site as required. This presents as an excellent opportunity to join a high performing company within current times.
Key accountabilities will include but not limited to...
- The provision of expert engineering support and advice from well concept to well completion
- The provision of cost estimates, analysis and advice to the drilling and business groups respectively
- The management of internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
Qualifications...
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering
- A minimum 3 years experience within drilling engineering
- Considerable demonstrated experience in executing successful drilling programmes, including the successful supervision of contractors/external stakeholders
Experience working within the Australian domestic market his highly desirable although not essential.
