Arrow Energy is seeking a Lead Production Engineer to join its Operations team, working either Moranbah or Brisbane-based with a significant portion of time on-site.
  
Reporting to the Production Manager (North), the purpose of this role is to provide engineering support to the company's coal seam gas processing facilities in the Northern Business Unit, including wellhead facilities, gas gathering systems, compression facilities and gas pipelines.
  
This role is accountable for providing Engineering support and troubleshooting with regard to ongoing asset optimisation, reliability, integrity management, maintenance and installation activities and working closely with operations/maintenance/production personnel, head office engineering and other stakeholders, to support the achievement of the company's targets of HSEC performance and profitability. The role also includes leadership of a small team of engineering staff.
  
This position will require the applicant to have an engineering degree or similar qualification.
  
Arrow is seeking someone with 5+ years experience in an independent operational engineering role in the CSG, oil & gas or similar industry. The ideal candidate will also possess demonstrable experience in the successful leadership of engineering and trade qualified staff.
