This is your chance to play a key role within a leading, global, multi-disciplinary consultancy based in their Brisbane office. This is a great opportunity for a Traffic and Transport Planning Engineer to work with fellow top industry professionals.

Reporting to the Regional Manager you will be expanding the traffic and transport planning capability to support the established highway and road design capability in the region and source external traffic network and transport planning opportunities.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Collaborating with state Regional Managers and other Functional Managers to grow the traffic and transport planning business
- Broaden the capability traffic an transport planning group through recruitment and development of existing staff
- Source external traffic and transport planning work through development of existing and new client relationships
- Forecast work loads and ensure necessary resources to meet project deliverables
- Manage work technically and contractually to ensure that it meets technical requirements and is performed within the bounds of the organisations policies and procedures
- Recruitment, management, training and mentoring ????? ????? conducting performance and remuneration reviews
You will be degree qualified and have 15+ years experience working within traffic and transport.
Salary depends on experience but will be in the ballpark of $(??) ???? ????k+ plus benefits. Salaries outside that range may be available for those with more or outstanding experience.
