We are seeking the services of a Contract Structural Engineer to join a team of dedicated professionals who a committed to shaping the future of the City of Brisbane. This is a long term contract opportunity within a government organisation conveniently based at Fortitude Valley.

As an RPEQ seasoned structural engineer with ideally 5+ years bridge design experience your new role and responsibilities include the design and documentation of Brisbane's minor to medium sized bridges and stormwater intrastructure.

• Buildings, inspection and design
  
• Pedestrian and Bike Bridges
  
• Storm Water Drainage and related chambers
  
• River bank scour protection
• Structural design associated with road works
  
• Australian Local Government experience is highly desirable

A successful candidate will pride themselves on a history of project delivery and have the motivation to achieve exceptional results. You will enjoy working in a team focused environment, mentor junior staff and support the senior management on the day to day running of the section.
