Hays Education is currently seeking an educational advisor/consultant in School Wide Positive Behaviour Support for schools in Qatar. This is a 10 month contractual position to commence as soon as possible and continue for the remainder of their school year. This position, whilst based in Qatar, is employed through an Australian Education body.

You will work as a member of a team of experienced advisors, all experienced and highly qualified specialists within special needs and educational support. This team is responsible for identifying the needs of schools in their region through effective assessment and interview, and then formulating and implementing strategies in collaboration with the schools to meet those needs.

Two positions are available for specialist in the School Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) program. This is a specific program centred on a school wide approach to behaviour management. It is essential that the successful applicants have experience with this specific program, ideally including training and implementation of the program. Previous experience and knowledge of this program is a must!

To be successful in your application you must have:

• Skills and experience in working with students aged 3 - 18 in educational settings.
• Experience providing guidance and support to schools in relation to the School Wide Positive Behaviour Support program.
• Experience in developing and implementing training for educators with regards to positive behaviour management.
• Experience coaching and mentoring ????? ????? an educational setting.
• Formal Teaching qualifications ideally including formal qualifications in Educational Support.
