Based in Brisbane, the position of Customer Service Manager for IPL’s Australian Fertilizers division will play a very significant and pivotal part in the continued success of Incitec Pivot Limited, a rapidly growing global fertilisers and explosives organisation.
As the link between the outstanding quality of the product and services standards of the business, the primary focus of the Customer Service Manager is to manage the day to day operations of the Customer Service team at Gibson Island in Brisbane.
Your role will be to inspire and motivate the Customer Service team to take customer satisfaction standards to the next level and leverage the strengths of IPL’s Customer Service model in the market place.
To be successful in this role you will have a focus on total customer care, possess exceptional people management skills and a desire for continuous improvement of all procedures and work practices. You will also possess:
• A history of excellence in a Customer Service Management positions
• A proven track record in developing high performing teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sense of urgency and ability to prioritise
• Team oriented interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Experience in large call ????? ????? highly regarded
• Analytical skills - be process oriented, able to train, mentor and coach your team on process improvement
• An intelligent resourceful approach to the varied demands of the job
The successful candidate should also be able to demonstrate the following:
• Tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years experience managing both in and out bound call ????? ?????
• Experience with CRM and or B2B systems
