An experienced Contract Administrator is needed to join a leading construction company based in Brisbane. You will be involved in projects covering commercial buildings and camp construction, as well as resources.
As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts, interpreting plans and ensuring orders meet contract specifications. You will work with Project Managers and engineers to ensure project goals are met.
The ideal candidate will need the following:
- At least 5 years experience in the building and construction industry
- Experience dealing with clients in the resources sector, as well as experience in camp construction
- Experience/qualifications in quantity surveying and contracts management
- Great communication, administration and organisational skills
Salaries will be commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $90k - $130k + benefits. Salaries outside this range will be considered for people with exceptional skills.
