A well established residential construction company is looking for a Contract Administrator for their Brisbane projects. You will be joining their successful Construction division, working on several residential developments. You will be required to be internally motivated, and be able to work self-directed in a team environment. You will be required to have a minimum of five years experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry. Experience working on multiple residential developments would be prefered. Proficiency with Cheops, Build soft, Excel, and Microsoft Project would also be advantageous. Salaries will be commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $70k - $100k + benefits. Salaries outside this range will be considered for people with exceptional skills.
