Our client is located on the south side of Brisbane and is looking for an Accounts Administrator to maintain perform accounting, payroll and general office duties. This company is recognised Australia-wide and has built a good reputation within the building and construction industry. This position will report directly to the Managing Director.  
  
Your responsibilities will include the following:  
  
Processing internal payroll & Invoice control via MYOB Premier V12.5 
Purchase and maintenance of equipment and supplies  
Collating Company spreadsheets for reporting and record keeping 
Negotiating supplier agreements 
Petty Cash 
Assisting reception 
Ad hoc office duties 
Organising travel and accommodation 
  
To be considered for an interview, candidates must present the following CORE requirements:  
  
Bookkeeping qualification  
Accounts Receivable and Payable skills and experience  
Payroll experience - processing multi-level payrolls via MYOB 
MYOB Premier (Advanced skills) 
Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills (Word 2007, Excel 2007, Powerpoint)  
At least 5 years proven experience in a similar role within the office environment  
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle and interruptions
