Great opportunity for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join a leading civil construction company. You will be based in Brisbane and will be involved in the estimation and the preparation of tenders for various structural works, including bridges.
You will be required to estimate on construction projects and train and mentor junior staff. There will also be opportunities to build new systems and processes, and for the right applicant, opportunities will exist for Business Development.
The ideal candidate will need the following:
- 10-15 years experience tendering on civil construction projects
- Established contracts within the Queensland building industry
- Great communication skills
- Preference for team work
Salaries will be commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $150k - $180k + benefits. Salaries outside this range will be considered for people with exceptional skills.
