Having been in the building and construction industry for many years, this top mid tier organisation is thriving within the current market conditions. They currently have several of their existing projects in the educational, commercial and retail sectors so its safe to say they are full steam ahead and have the work to keep them busy and come through this current downturn. They are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their Project Team.
As the successful Contracts Administrator you will have the following:
Completed Construction Management degree or an equivalent discipline (Engineering, Quantity Surveying) - not critical but highly regarded.
At least 3 years Contracts Administrator experience with mid Tier organisation
Previous experience with commercial construction projects
Longevity with past employers
The successful candidate will be offered the following:
Attractive Remuneration packages commensurate with experience Circa $80-$90k + Super
