We are seeking a Parts Manager to join our dynamic team at Torque Toyota. 

The Parts Manager’s main focus is on directing, developing, training and managing departmental resources to sell parts and accessories to internal and external customers ensuring ????? ????? runs efficiently and profitably.

The main duties of the role include:

• Monitoring ????? ????? and product strategies, campaigns and events to optimise market share,
• Providing leadership and direction to Parts department employees,
• Regular reporting of the departments’ actual sales performance against set targets with variance and revised projections,
• Monitoring ????? ????? revenue, margin, and expense performance initiating corrective action where required,
• Recruiting, selecting and training of department staff, and
• Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support.

Ideally you will have previous experience as a Parts Manager, however Parts Interpreters or Assistant Parts Managers who are looking to take the next step are encouraged to apply.
