Adaptalift Hyster is a leading Materials Handling and Forklift supplier to the Australian Industrial Market. With a recent acquisition of the Hyster Dealerships in Australia, Adaptalift Hyster is seeking to appoint a full time Receptionist to join our friendly team in Rocklea.
Vital to the role is a friendly, efficient and personal telephone manner, as the role includes managing reception, greeting guests and handling incoming calls from clients.
Other important duties include upkeep and presentation of the office, data entry, sales support and general administrative tasks.
We are seeking applicants who have excellent interpersonal skills, strong time management and organisational skills, a good eye for detail and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Must have experience in a similar role.
