Our Client is an International Market Leader, operating in over 70 countries. They are currently seeking an experienced Administrator / Customer Service Officer to join their team.
As the Administrator / Customer Service Officer your duties would include the following (but not limited to):
- Administration duties
- Data input
- Liaising with service technicians
- Demonstrating exceptional customer services skills
- Solid working knowledge of SAP
- Ability to build and maintain client / customer rapport
- Work well under pressure
To be successful for the position you will need to demonstrate a solid working knowledge of SAP and have the ability to improve efficiencies and demonstrate your ability to 'think outside the square'.
In addition, you would possess a reliable, mature and dedicated work approach and thrive in a busy customer centric environment.
Essential to the role is the ability to multi - task, maintain client relationships and demonstrate a high attention to detail.
