Manager - Business Services Accountant. $108-88K. A 2 year step to Partnership.
Currently they only have trainee supervisors who are still acquiring ????? ????? of management. In order to satisfy immediate demands and to be ready for their growth plans they need an experienced professional who can step up to the mark of Partner within 2 to 3 years.
You will manage a team and fee base of $(??) ???? ????K with involvement in all industries and types of business entities, including high net worth individuals.
This role is not for an inexperienced or unsure individual. Previous client contact and development history is demanded. Below the partner, you will be the highest in this deep hierarchy.
