Business Services Manager. $110-90K. Special Projects.

•Lot of special project work for the taking (minimum 20% of your time).
•Look after 60 clients that total $800K in fees.
•You will have 2 years of experience supervising staff
•Interesting HNW individuals and diverse companies with minimum fees being $8K.
•Partnership opportunities are there but it you don’t have this desire it is also not a requirement.
•If Partnership is what you are looking for there is definite opportunity to be fast-tracked to equity.
•3 Partner firm. 6 + years local Business Services experience. CA Qualified.

Business Services Manager. $113-93K + Structured Bonus for performance above budget.

•They want someone who is going to be influential in the development of the team.
•Freedom to achieve as the firm is moving toward a management accounting oriented business.
•Legacy has left them with a mixture of clients and they are focusing on selecting the clients they want to deal with.
•Take on however much of a $1.4M fee base you would be comfortable with.
•There will be up to 9 staff underneath you and the average fees per client are $5K.
•The clients are SME’s and there is potential for consulting in the role.
•2 Partner firm. 6 + years local Business Services experience. CA Qualified.

Business Services Manager. $95-80K. Quality Clients from a 2nd Tier Legacy.

•Quality of clients offered in the 2nd Tier
•Involvement and environment that comes from being in a smaller team.
•You will be looking after $1M in fees and lead a team of 5 staff.
•Deal with fees between $10-25K per client.
•Consulting assignments such as restructuring ????? ????? 7A.
•Firm is in a growth phase and a couple of the Partners are looking to retire in 5-7 years so there is definite opportunities for ownership.
•4 Partner firm. 6 + years local Business Services experience. CA or CPA Qualified.
