•Involvement in providing strategic direction for firm growth, marketing and identifying acquisition & strategic alliance targets.
•Regularly receive new client referrals from an existing client base and develop business networks.
•Use this network to generate a fee base that will allow you the opportunity for Partnership, should you seek it.
•Advise some of South-East Queensland’s premiere small and medium sized businesses.
•Assisting with their compliance, planning and succession strategies.

• Clients come from industries such as medical, property development and investment to name a few.
  
• Manage a client base of $1M in fees.
  
• You will be the first point of contact for most clients and the only point of contact for many.
  
• Run a team of 5 and help them develop their careers.
  
• You have sole responsibility for setting team priorities, along with allocating and delegating work to staff members, and monitoring ????? ?????.
  
• With a strong training program you will assist juniors in developing presentations and seminars.
  
• 4 Partner, CBD practice.
  
• Seeking 6 + years local Business Services experience within public practice. CA or CPA.
