Role ResponsibilityAs a Collection Officer - Insurance, you will be responsible for managing the recovery of our clients' accounts. The role involves motivating our customers' debtors to promptly settle their outstanding accounts, resolve disputes through negotiation and maintain an uncompromising attitude towards exceptional customer service.
Role RequirementsYou must be able to clearly demonstrate that you possess:
- The ability to professionally handle Insurance based recovery matters whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service;
- Proven and effective communication and negotiation skills developed through dealing with a range of internal and external customers
- Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade others in order to achieve your goals;
- A strong work ethic, with a proven desire to succeed, and achieve and exceed targets;
- Strong PC skills.
A sound working knowledge of
Insurance recovery processes is essential. Previous experience in a mercantile agency or the Insurance industry recovering motor vehicle damages claims will be most highly regarded. This is an excellent opportunity for a Collector who can demonstrate a strong track record of results.
