Commercial Lead role

Brisbane Based

Our client has recently won a huge multi billion dollar Aerospace project and are now seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to run the Financial and Commercial aspects of the project based in Brisbane.

Reporting through to the General Manager as one of the key members of the strategic leadership team, your role will be crucial to the success of this huge contract.

You will be responsible for:

• The development, implementation and management of all finance processes
  
• Building commercial business cases to support financial decisions
• Commercial development
• Planning and internal reporting
• Business plans and operating plans
• Costs at completion and invoicing status
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including Government officials
• Statutory compliance and procedural requirements
• Ad hoc project accounting and improvements
• Management and motivation of a large team

This will be a competitive recruitment process and the successful applicant will have extensive experience of working with big budget projects and it is likely that you will have had experience already in the Aviation Industry.

This is a senior management project orientated role paying up to $130k.
