Our client is an innovative, respected and growing global company that manufactures and supplies some of the world's most famous branded coatings and painting products to the building industry.
In this leadership position, you will be responsible for driving the future growth of the Queensland Architectural Coatings business within the residential building market.
You will be a direct influence on building and maintaining a new culture of a small sales team and will achieve positive results through coaching and mentoring ????? ????? a high performance sales environment that optimises customer loyalty, revenue and profitability.
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate a successful sales career of selling building products to the residential home builders or trade sectors of the building industry. You will be a strong a leader, who takes a ‘hands on’ approach and thrives on achieving results with a commitment to developing others in a sales environment. Qualifications in business or marketing are high regarded.
