This is a leadership position where you can take your Retail Business management, multi site management and Licensee experience to a higher level working as a Regional Business Manager within the Telstra Retail Licence network. 

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, this role is integral in driving the Telstra Licence Retail channel to new dimensions.  You will be a high achiever; someone who thrives in achieving results, influencing and building relationships at all levels.  A strong leader with a commitment to fostering ????? ????? developing Retail Business in a face to face sales environment wile promoting business growth in your region!
 
As a key member of the leadership team with Telstra you will work collaboratively with key business stakeholders and Telstra's Retail Licence Managers.  This position is based between the Gold Coast and Brisbane; managing Upper NSW to Gold Coast, Your experience in multi-site management across Licensed Retails Stores will ensure your success.
 
As a direct influence on building and maintaining a new culture in this region, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring ????? ????? owners to promote increased market share and profitability.
