With over 15 years experience in the market, my client is a leading supplier of Refrigerated Transport services in Australia.  They are currently experiencing significant growth and are in the process of opening a number of new Depots throughout Australia.
 
Due to this continual growth, my client is now looking to appoint a Sales Operations Manager for their Brisbane facility.  Reporting directly to company Directors you will be responsible for implementing new sales strategies for the company in relation to future growth in the Brisbane market.  You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a solid contact network within Brisbane.
As the company is implementing new facilities throughout Australia, it would be a distinct advantage if you have a sound knowledge of transport operations to assist with strategic development.
 
To be successful in this role you will possess:
 
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Specific sales experience within refrigerated freight (minimum 2 years)
Extensive industry contacts
Operational knowledge of Transport
 
This role will require a certain amount of interstate travel (once a month) so it is imperative that you have the flexibility to be away from home for short periods on a regular basis.
