Join a growing international Freight Forwarder based at Eagle Farm in a full time, permanent Customer Service Operations position. As part of their close-knit team you will become a key link to services by performing the following duties:
- Customer quotations
- Rate Negotiations
- Answering ????? ?????
- Responsible for driving order tracking system
- Coordination of appropriate documentation
- basic data &/or business analysis function
- Daily trouble shooting
As you will be an adaptable and self motivated employee you will also enjoy this varied role and assist with Operations in Export and Import, Air andSeafreight when and if required.
Previous working experience in the Freight Forwarding industry will enable this smooth transition.
