As part of the Human Resources department, based in the Western Suburbs, this position reports directly to the HR Manager and is responsible for the supervision of HR staff.
The role responsibility includes partnering ????? ????? managers and teams to provide workplace relations/reforms, IR advice, strategic HR advice and organisational development solutions to the business.
As the Senior HR Advisor your key duties will include:
- Resolution of complex work issues including workplace conflicts and disputes and performance management
- Develop productive working relationships with key stakeholders as a value-adding business partner to implement effective HR practice with the business
- Provision of specialist HR advice across workforce planning, IR solutions etc
To be successful in securing ????? ????? you will have a high level of skill in providing general HR advice and support on matters in relation to HR management, industrial relations and employment law.
Experience in enterprise agreements, subsidiary agreements and high level problem solving skills would be ideal. You will ideally, have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar position.
This position will offer career progression and will act in the HR Manager position when required.
