As Senior Estimator, you will assume responsibility for a considerable part of their client portfolio, quoting and tendering ????? ????? commercial projects worth up to $20m. You will have at least five years experience operating at a similar level, dealing directly with Clients, Contractors, Developers, Project Managers and Contract Managers. Known as a reputable operator, you have also developed working relationships with some of Australia’s best known Commercial Builders. This is an autonomous role where you will be required to make the best of your time maximising productivity. Being a Senior Estimator, you will also have to opportunity to consult to other parts of the business and younger estimators, on past gained experience.
With the turn around in the building industry fast now stating, this is considered to be a long term position and therefore you can expect to receive a generous base salary, generous bonus structure and associated business tools.
