Within a supportive work environment, you will provide both technical and management leadership to the team; coaching and ensuring ????? ????? are managed; and ensuring the overall delivery of engineering. This is not a business development role; relationships are established and workload is strong; leaving you to get on with the business of leading this highly motivated, professional team.
To guide you toward your own career goal as team manager and future Director is a Managing Director who is supportive, passionate and overall a tremendous mentor.
Skills/Experience Required:
Bachelor Civil Engineering
10-15 years structural design engineering ????? ?????; within building structures projects in Australia
Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence and proven success leading a team
