As a Credit & Fraud Analyst, your key responsibility will be to analyse applications from new and existing customers which could expose the company to unacceptable risk. You will provide high levels of service to all sales channels by having a positive outlook and demonstrating a strong desire to be part of the team and VHA.
 
What we need: 

  • Ability to make good decisions whilst working under pressure

  • High level technical skills in credit and fraud analysis

  • High standard of written and spoken English communication skills

  • Ability to plan and organise tasks (Systematic and analytical)

  • Ability to communicate openly within all levels of the organisation

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks and projects to completion

  • Confidence to take initiative to solve problems

  • Advanced problem solving / analytical skills

  • Proven customer service skills
