CBD Printing is one of Brisbane's leading digital print organizations, providing a wide range of digital and variable-printing products to a diverse range of clients.
The continued growth of the business has created a role for an additional energetic Senior Customer Service representative to join our close-knit team providing a high level of support to allocated clients.
As part of this key support role you will be dealing with all aspects client satisfaction including processing of orders, liaising with production and supporting the Business Development Manager.
You will need to be well organized with a thorough eye for detail, experienced and competent with Microsoft Office, and preferably with some understanding of print management software. A clear and precise phone manner is essential and excellent written communication skills are a prerequisite for the role.
