As an organisation, this electrical contractor is building a successful business with a team of highly skilled Electrical Project Managers that couple their business knowledge and their skills in building relationships. Their clients include government corporations, commercial builders and they are involved in construction, new build projects and fitouts throughout Queensland. Their niche market of projects average between $500,000 to $3 million in scope.

They are currently seeking a Project Manager and 2IC to the Branch Manager for their busy Brisbane office.
Within this role you will be required to
Indentify potential tenders/projects for clients
Define the project scope, project specifications, allocation and time frames
Complete the monthly reporting for completed and ongoing major projects
Effectively manage staff, resources and sub-contractors to meet project timeframes
Initially this role will commence in Project Management and then further develop into 2IC Branch Managers role. We are seeking a driven, charismatic Project Manager with the contacts and industry knowledge to maintain and build on this already thriving business.
