This organisation has been established for 40 years in Queensland and employs between 75-85 permanent staff members in Queensland. Investing in their business growth, they supply training in management and organisation skills, computer specialized programs and development courses in Project Management for their staffing team. They offer design and construct for million dollar new build and fitout projects and are listed as preferred contractors for a large list of interior building contractors.
Currently they have a requirement for Electrical Client Services Manager in their Brisbane office.
This key role will essentially act as the face of the business, and will have the following responsibilities:
- Directing client business development through promoting the companies services
- Project management and co-ordination of subcontractors for client service works and fitouts
- Estimating client RFQ’s and tender responses: site surveys, audits and evaluation of premises for RFQ’s
- Liasing with data communication vendor representatives to ensure up to date flow of information
- Representing the company at government supplier meetings and industry gatherings
The ideal applicant will have prior experience in Client Services working in a role where they have been involved in co-ordinating subcontractors for interior fitout projects. You should also be well presented with great communication skills in order to sustain pre-existing preferred vendor arrangements and also promote the organization at events and industry meetings.
