This is arguable one of the most important roles within the business with an aim of re-developing, re-training your team to become the top state in Australia.
You will be responsible for the Qld branch across all facets of managing the branch, with the core focus & goals being driven around increasing market share and developing a stronger culture of customer service. Managing up to 15 people, including an on road sales team you will also be responsible for some top level key client relationships. This company has an extremely strong reputation, top notch engineered products, dedicated team and with the right business leader in place are going to achieve outstanding results.

Your experience & attributes must include; ~ Recent experience within the fall protection, materials handling, safety, lifting/rigging sectors OR be extremely well connected in key client areas such as mining, transportation, manufacturing, general industrial, marine or automotive sectors ~ Minimum of 3 years in a sales management role ~ Proven results of developing a strong customer service culture ~ High energy, positive, lead from the front mentality ~ Business or technical qualifications (preferred, not essential) ~ Highly motivated to achieve success through mentoring, following through & commitment
