In this position you will be responsible for:
- Streamlining & improving admin, operational & sales functions
- Maintain focus on developing stronger relationships with key national & state accounts
- Developing a stronger culture of customer service & satisfaction
- Performance management of all staff
- Generating & driving sales with a lead from the front mentality
- Motivating, incentivising & driving team to achieve new heights
- Hiring, training & development of both internal & external sales representatives
Your experience & attributes
- Minimum 4 6 years of management responsibilities
- Experienced in developing a strong customer service & sales culture
- Strong skills in operational & administration improvement
- Growing top key accounts
- Proven performance in increasing results
- Developing a structured call ????? ????? & sales system for your team
- Ideally you will have experience in selling into similar markets, however we are open to what specific product experience you have
- You must be able to demonstrate proven results in increasing performance
- Attention to detail, driven & highly motivated are essential
