Our Brisbane based client are a local assembler and importer of high end commercial furniture and interior products and are seeking to employ an experienced business developer to open new opportunities in their commercial office fit out division.
The role will see you developing relationships with Brisbane's key architects, interior designers, builders, developers and corporate end users. Using your industry experience and network of contacts your main aim will be to promote and develop a market for the companies range of high end office furniture and associated interior product divisions. You will target various commercial projects but a large proportion are high end commercial office fit outs in addition to hospitality, Government, education and aged care.
To get to interview stage you will have the following skills to present;
- High end commercial interiors / furniture sales experience
- Experience and network of contacts in the architectural and design community in Brisbane.
- Proven track record in sales or account management in a related field.
- Ideally some experience of selling workstations or office furniture.
- Well developed relationship building capabilities.
- Thirst for on going training and development.
- Upbeat, friendly outgoing nature and personality.
- High attention to detail and creative flair.
- Passion for over achieving, closing deals and being rewarded with our clients excellent commission structure.
In return we can offer a negotiable base salary based on previous experience (approx $55/60k) , FM Car or car allowance, phone + laptop and an uncapped commission structure. This role is available immediately, applications invited now!
