Our client have established themselves as a market leader in the reduction of energy & water bills for corporate, industrial and government clients throughout Australia. With exciting plans to develop the product overseas they are now seeking to employ an experienced business development manager based from Brisbane to grow the QLD marketplace.
In this hands on external focused sales role you will target key decision makers within corporate, industrial, Government and council clients with the aim of preparing ????? ????? work to reduce company's energy and water bills by upgrading capital equipment in house. Our client are in the unique position of being able to offer multi-disciplined cost saving features including lighting, HVAC and general utility bills. Once a proposal has been made and agreed with the client the engineering ????? ????? take over the project and the client is able to visibly see reductions almost immediately with a strong return on investment long term. This role will involve hands on sales initially with the long term brief of building a team in Queensland. Relevant experience is a must.
To be considered suitable for this exciting sales opportunity you will most likely have the following skills to offer'
- Proven sales and business development track record (Min 5 years) ideally within the Building Services Sector.
- Applications are welcomed from candidates who have sold capital equipment upgrades to corporate or industrial clients.
- Passion for environmental and green energy efficiency.
- A strong solution selling background and the ability to sell a non-tangible product.
- Ability to sell and negotiate with senior key decision makers in large corporate clients.
- Previous experience of long term sales processes.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn our clients services.
- Previous experience of selling to facility managers, operations managers, building managers or equivalent.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Strong drive, presence, enthusiasm, energy and ability to drive a business unit.
- Self motivated and with a passion for relationship building and gaining repeat and new business.
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Office, Word & Excel.

Salary package is negotiable and dependant on your background and relevant experience, approx $80-95K Base NEG + FM Car / Car Allow + Tools of trade + Lucrative gross profit share per job.
