The company has multiple divisions are you will be involved in the commercial electronic security division with a clear focus on rebuilding relationships with customers and potential customers. Lets not be nave about this. This will be a tough role where customers have started to stray from the brand name due to lack of attention. However if you are up for the challenge then the rewards will be numerous. You will be an instrumental part in the complete rebuilding of a division, a brand and an icon. With a strong manager who is already cutting through previous layers of red tape you will be one of the few who reaps the benefits long term of being involved at the coal face at the beginning. The sales manager believes strongly in succession planning and in looking after the people that have taken care of the business.
To become involved in this opportunity you really must be on the top of the sales game. With a flexibility to include you at various levels in the business, you must have a strong sales background in electronic security. This does not necessarily mean 10, 15 or 20 years in the industry. Even if you have 1 year external sales in electronic security but have outstanding results then apply! If you have exceptional knowledge in top end system integration sales then you should also apply. There will be a space for top quality talent, regardless of current level. Please note you must be looking for a challenging role, be willing to put in the hours, thrive on achievements and want to be the best. You must believe in a team oriented culture but also appreciate that realistically performance is an individual achievement.
