Our client is a multi national leader in the high end of power tools and speciality construction equipment. This company is currently experiencing strong growth and now require an enthusiastic and highly motivated Technical Sales professional to enhance the companys offerings into the market place.
This role requires you to
1. Increase sales to current accounts by 15-30%|
Maximise all sales opportunities (cross sell opportunities)
Penetrate markets where we are not well represented
Develop new leads for existing customers
Grow sales for new strategic customers
2. Provide front line technical support
Cut down costs on easy warranty repairs
Reduce dependence on internal staff by trouble shooting simple problems
Increase perceived technical support for our product range by fast turn around times on problem solving
3. Develop loyalty
Provide a level of service that does not existent through our competition
Assist customers in converting leads to sales
Assist customers in developing new sales opportunities
Working with customers to maximise product sales
Our client requires a minimum 3 years Technical Solution sales with 2 years selling Power Tools or high end technical products into the re seller channel specifically the large hardware chains with a proven ability in New business in order to deliver a high standard of customer service and sales. Candidates that demonstrate stability and career growth will be highly regarded. The key to the this role is having a trade background?
