Store Manager & 2IC
With the Assistant Manager reporting directly to the Store Manager, these positions are responsible for all aspects of running the store, including:,
- Maintaining customer care standards
- Achieving sales, wages and shrinkage budgets
- Human Resource development issues and staff supervision
- Attendance and organisation of merchandising workshops
- Management of the store stocktake process
- Preparation of monthly rosters costed to achieve the store budgets
- Stock management - including unpacking, processing and movement of stock, ensuring refills are actioned promptly and accurately
- Supporting the State Manager to ensure store and company objectives are achieved, in line with financial and operational targets
